Mrs. Witt’s favorite part about Bushland is the well behaved and sweet kids. When asked why she teaches 6th grade, she answered, “The students are independent learners”. She likes how they don’t repeatedly ask her for help and they try to figure it out themselves instead. Outside of teaching life, Mrs. Witt reads books, and also being on the road and seeing the world.
